Chef Tyler Vorce
Tyler grew up in southern Maine, where the connection between food and place shaped his approach to cooking and led him through kitchens in New York City, France, and Napa Valley, including five years at The French Laundry as sous chef.
With Lilli in Las Vegas, he presents a cuisine defined by precision and simplicity - rooted in French technique and grounded in the quality of American ingredients.
